Chapter - 2863

Watching Theos laughing so hard that he couldn't catch his breath, Quinlan turned red with anger. "You're asking for death! Today, I will definitely kill you!"

After saying that, he charged at Theos.

Meanwhile, Theos knew he wasn't a match for Quinlan and turned to escape.

He tried to break through the barrier created by King of Dragons' clone, but the barrier was too powerful. No matter how hard Theos tried, he couldn't even move the barrier the slightest bit.

Darn it! What should I do? I can't break through. It seems like I can only await death now.

As Theos evaded Quinlan's pursuit, he searched for weak spots in the barrier.

Even Theos was being forced to retreat in the face of Quinlan's pursuit. As such, Karter, Erebus, and the primordial beasts had no intention of fighting either.

They scattered and tried to escape.

Alas, they, too, were unable to break out of the barrier created by the King of Dragons' clone.

Theos let out a resounding roar, commanding his subordinates, "Follow my lead! Unleash our most powerful attacks, and let's shatter this barrier. I refuse to believe that it's impenetrable!"

"One, two-"

Before he could even utter the word "three," Quinlan swiftly caught up to him and delivered a powerful punch to his back.

Quinlan's fist pierced through Theos' body, causing him to cry out in agony as he collapsed to the ground, his form gradually becoming transparent.

Despite the excruciating pain, Theos summoned his resolve and shouted, "Three! Attack!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

He and his companions launched their respective attacks, bombarding King of Dragons' clone.

Zeke and the others were tempted to intervene, but the King of Dragons sent them a message, advising, don't stop them. Let them exhaust their energy. It will be easier to steal the spirit pill then.

King of Dragons had slain ten primordial beasts moments ago, but it only obtained five spirit pills as a result.

Unfortunately, the remaining spirit pills had been destroyed along with the self-destruction of the primordial beasts, leaving no chance of salvaging them.

Thus, the King of Dragons needed to deplete the power of the primordial beasts so that they wouldn't have the ability to self-destruct and it could obtain the spirit pills more easily.

Zeke and the others were astonished by King of Dragons' formidable strength.

This was just a single clone of it, yet it boldly allowed so many powerful beings to attack it.

They couldn't even fathom the extent of its true power.

Theos and the primordial beasts. launched a joint attack on the King of Dragons' barrier.

They managed to create numerous spider web-like cracks in the barrier, but those quickly healed.

Their attack speed was far inferior to the barrier's ability to regenerate.

Theos and his companions felt despair creeping in as they realized they were unlikely to escape death.

The barrier that was formed by one of King of Dragons' clone was strong enough to trap and kill them.

King of Dragons, its face etched with a cold and menacing expression, addressed the remaining primordial beasts with a chilling tone, “I advise you not to struggle in vain. To be honest, if it weren't for your spirit pills, I would have killed all of you long ago.”

It continued, "Now, it's best if you willingly offer your spirit pills. I'll make your deaths swift and painless."

How delusional!

The primordial beasts were all kings among beasts, ruling over countless creatures. How could they easily bow down to humans?

All of a sudden, Theos suggested, "King of Dragons, how about we make a deal?"

King of Dragons looked at Theos. "Oh, a deal? Let's hear it."

The latter glanced at the primordial beasts, showing a troubled expression.

King of Dragons saw this and commented, "What's the matter? Is it causing you a lot of grief? Forget it then."

Theos quickly said, "King of Dragons, I will offer you the spirit pills from these primordial beasts in exchange for sparing my life. Otherwise, if you forcefully take them, you'll at most get half of the spirit pills and suffer heavy losses. Furthermore, you won't gain anything from killing me. It's better to trade for some spirit pills, don't you think?"

The primordial beasts were enraged. They cursed Theos, saying, “Theos, you despicable traitor! You're willing to sell us out to save yourself? Believe it or not, we'll kill you right now! Do you think we'll willingly offer our spirit pills? It's wishful thinking. We'll take you down before we die!"

The primordial beasts were truly infuriated.

They had come to help Theos, but now that they were in danger, instead of lending a hand, he was willing to sacrifice them for his own life. It was an King of Dragons, however, became interested and laughed, saying, "Theos, these primordial beasts won't listen to you and won't willingly offer their spirit pills. How can I trust you?"
