Chapter - 2875

"You'll probably be able to locate all the parallel universes if you put in enough time and effort," Quinlan said.

"How do I do that?" Zeke asked.

"It's simple. All you have to do is randomly run around this place. You could accidentally enter into another parallel universe! If luck is not on your side today, then continue the next day. Do it for a month or maybe a year! If you persevere, miracles may happen!" came Quinlan's reply.

"Thanks for nothing!" Zeke scoffed at Quinlan's nonsense, but he also realized it would be quite impractical to attempt to locate Sole Wolf and the others.

"You don't have to worry too much though. Although this space has messy parallel universes, they are all connected. If Sole Wolf and the others keep walking, they will eventually find their way out," Quinlan reasoned.

Zeke thought about it and realized Quinlan's words made sense.

Moreover, Zeke knew Sole Wolf and the other four were pretty powerful and would be able to protect themselves fine.

As such, he decided to leave some messages in the area. That way, when the five managed to find their way out of the parallel universe, they could see the message and meet up with him.

Suddenly, Lacey tugged the corner of Zeke's shirt.

"What's wrong, Lacey?" Zeke turned around and asked.

"There's a vortex up front, so stop walking. You'll get sucked into it if you continue moving forward," Lacey warned.

Zeke quickly turned his attention to the space in front.

There seemed to be some faint disturbances in the air ahead, but it was so weak that one could easily miss it.

Quinlan was ahead of them and already in the danger zone. They could see his silhouette slowly fading before their eyes.

That must be the entrance to the parallel universe!

With that realization, Zeke quickly shouted out, "Stop, Quinlan!"

Alas, Quinlan did not respond to that warning and continued to move ahead.

There was a vacuum between him and Zeke, so he could not hear Zeke's warning.

Zeke gathered his energy and summoned his Dragon King Sword as he cautioned, "Take a few steps back, Lacey. I don't want you to get hurt,”

"Okay." Lacey hurriedly stepped out of the way.

Zeke mustered all the strength in his body and swiped the sword viciously at the vortex.

Boom!

Following a thunderous explosive sound, the earth shook intensely.

A small parallel universe was smashed to pieces by Zeke's Dragon King Sword.

The moment that parallel universe was destroyed, the scene before their eyes abruptly changed.

What they saw earlier was the scene in that parallel universe, so with that destroyed, they could finally see the environment they were in.

They saw a series of connected hills a distance in front of them.

The place was less foggy, allowing them to have a clear view, but the air was still thick with death aura.

A stunned Quinlan looked around, puzzled and shocked by the sudden change in his surroundings.

When he looked behind, he saw the exploding parallel universe. That was when he realized Zeke had smashed the parallel universe into pieces.

They were finally out of that endless. maze.

Quinlan let out a sigh of relief and exclaimed, "D*mn it! We're finally out! I reckon this is the real ancient sector."

"Let's move on," Zeke said after he scribbled some secret codes on the ground with his Dragon King Sword to leave a message for Sole Wolf and the others.

After that, he grabbed Lacey's hand and headed toward the hills.

He held on tightly to her hand, worried that she might accidentally fall into another parallel universe.

She probably wouldn't survive if she were to be separated from him.

After walking a short distance, Lacey started panting lethargically, and her face became flushed.

Without any hesitation, Zeke carried her and planned to piggyback her the rest of the journey.

Lacey immediately protested and said, "I can walk by myself, Zeke. You don't have to..."

"Don't worry. To a strong warrior like me, carrying a young lady on the back is merely like putting on an extra piece of clothing," he smilingly assured her.

Lacey did not believe him and countered, "You're lying, Zeke. Look at Quinlan. He's also breaking a sweat and looking tired."

Quinlan swallowed hard and complained, "D*mn! For sure I'm tired! I have to waste so much of my energy to counter the death aura while walking along this d*mn path. Zeke has faith energy, so he's not affected by the death aura. Only a monster like him will say it's not tiring!"
