Chapter - 3036

At the same time, Sole Wolf's hand trembled slightly as he severed their windpipes.

Frederic and Melody fell to the ground without a sound, their bodies convulsing.

And Sole Wolf effortlessly dodged the blood they spat at him.

Two drops of blood landed on the ground, eroding a large hole in the wooden floor.

As a Celestial Class warrior, Sole Wolf was not someone two human fighters could ambush and harm.

Sole Wolf waited until they took their last breaths before he quietly slipped away without leaving a trace.

Zeke carried Missy and returned to their residence with Alan.

Zeke asked, "What do we do next?"

"I'm not sure for now. I'll need to consult Mr. Zamora," Alan responded.

Zeke agreed, "All right. Go ahead and consult him.”

With that, Alan made the call, and it was quickly answered.

Alan said, "Mr. Zamora, as per your instructions, I have brought the little girl back."

"Okay. Good. I'm on it right away."

After hanging up the phone, Alan told Zeke, "Mr. Zamora wants us to take the little girl to an abandoned dock. He said someone would meet us there."

Why do we need to take her to an it. abandoned dock? Zeke could not fathom

"Let's go. Let's see what tricks this Zamora guy is up to," Zeke said.

"All right."

Alan led Zeke to the destination, and they soon arrived at the abandoned dock Mr. Zamora specified.

As soon as they arrived, four figures in black emerged from the shadows.

"Stop right there! Don't move!"

Alan quickly explained, "Mr. Zamora sent me. I'm Mr. Zamora's subordinate."

"Mr. Zamora told us there would be only one person. Why are there two of you?" one of the men in black asked.

Alan hurriedly clarified, "This person is my friend. He's an anesthesiologist, and he's trustworthy. The little girl wouldn't stop crying on the way here. So to avoid any trouble, I asked my friend to administer anesthesia to her. And to ensure the anesthetic wouldn't wear off or cause harm to her, I decided to bring him along."

The four black-clad individuals did not doubt him and nodded. "All right. Let's get on the ship.”

The four of them then escorted Zeke and Alan onto the vessel.

It was a small abandoned passenger ship with only one cabin. With six of them cramped together, it felt somewhat stuffy.

The ship started and swiftly sailed toward the depths of the water.

Once the ship was farther away, one of the black-clad individuals took out a phone and made a call. "Hello, Mr. Zamora. We have arrived at the designated location as instructed."

It seemed like he was calling the mastermind behind this matter, Mr. Zamora.

The man in black said, "All right. Okay. We'll proceed as planned."

With that, the call ended.

Alan smiled and asked curiously, "Hey, man, what exactly is Mr. Zamora's plan? Can you share a bit with me?"

"It's a secret." The man in black smiled mysteriously in response.

Immediately after that, his tone changed as he asked, "When will the child wake up?"

"The effects of the anesthesia should last at least an hour or two. What's the matter?" Alan replied.

The man in black answered, "I want to give the child a little gift."

After saying that, he pulled out a remote control from his pocket. It looked very ordinary, resembling a toy car remote control.

"Thank you,” Alan said as he reached out to take it.

However, at that moment, the blackclad individual suddenly pressed a switch.

Zeke's heart skipped a beat instantly, and a strong sense of danger washed over him.

He immediately released a surge of energy, materializing into a protective shield that enveloped Missy and Alan. It trapped one of the men in black inside as well.

The moment the protective shield formed, a violent explosion erupted. In an instant, the explosion enveloped everyone in flames.

This earth-shattering commotion lasted for a full minute before it finally ended.

That boat and the other three individuals dressed in black had long been turned to ashes and sunk into the river.
