Chapter - 3074

Erebus laughed. "Even if I were to face a horrible death, I, Erebus, would never betray the Netherworld."

Zeke said, "You're truly stubborn and ignorant. If that's the case, I have no choice but to oblige you."

Erebus laughed heartily. "Although I can't choose life or death, I can choose not to die by your hand! Zeke, remember this. If there is a next lifetime, I still want to be your enemy and fight against you!"

With that, Erebus slapped the top of his head with his palm.

Meanwhile, his right hand subtly formed a hand seal.

The seal, invisible to the naked eye, silently took flight from this place.

Zeke and the president were so focused on Erebus's head that they didn't notice this hand seal.

Or perhaps, they did notice but chose not to intervene.

Erebus died suddenly.

Only after Zeke confirmed that Erebus had completely lost all signs of life did he approach the president.

"Mr. President, it's been a long time since we last met."

The president nodded. "Zeke, if I'm not mistaken, you've been here all along, haven't you? Why didn't you act immediately to deal with Erebus?

With a bitter smile, Zeke said, "Mr. President, there's something that's been bothering me. I hope you can clear my doubts."

The president responded, "What is it?"

Zeke asked, "Rumors from the outside world suggest that you are a powerful warrior from ancient times, possessing strength that defies the heavens. Is this true? If you want to deal with Erebus, it should be a piece of cake for you, right?"

The president asked, "Is there any evidence?"

Zeke shook his head. "No."

The president asked, "How can one easily believe in something without evidence?"

“Fine.” Zeke could only shrug helplessly. "By the way, there's something else I need to report to you. Previously, I was trapped on Theos Island and inadvertently unleashed some ancient demonic beasts. These ancient demonic beasts may pose a threat to humanity. That's why I'm planning to assemble a force next, to fight against these ancient demonic beasts. These demonic beasts are extremely ferocious. If not handled properly, they could bring about a catastrophic disaster to Eurasia."

The president said, "Yes, I've noticed. that. I have arranged for their moves to be monitored."

Huh?

Zeke frowned. "Mr. President, I can't believe you've already set your sights on them. How did you notice? Weren't you previously confined here by Petalblade and lost your freedom? And I've noticed, you haven't really gathered any forces."

The president gave a mysterious smile. "Don't ask questions when you shouldn't. Haven't I also refrained from asking about your Nightingale Squad?"

Zeke was taken aback. "Mr. President, you actually know about my Nightingale Squad."

The president said, "Eurasia is under my jurisdiction. How could I possibly not know about what happens in my own land?"

Zeke asked, "So, are you saying that you have secretly formed a team that only you know about and that serves only you? Is it like Nightingale Squad?"

The president chuckled. "Stop poking into my affairs. Your primary task now is to eliminate those ancient demonic beasts that are threatening the human race."

Zeke hurriedly asked, "Mr. President, didn't you say you've already arranged. for people to keep an eye on those beasts? Do you know where those beasts are currently active? If we can track their movements, eliminating them will be twice as effective."

The president said, “Fortunately, those demonic beasts have been severely wounded and their foundations are unstable. Almost all of them have chosen to recuperate in the isolation of the desolate mountains. Once they regain their strength, it will be Eurasia's nightmare. So, it's best to eliminate them before they fully recover. This is the distribution map of the beasts. You should act quickly."

The president gave Zeke a map. Clearly marked on it were the locations where the demonic beasts were hiding, their numbers, and even an estimate of their strength.

At Zeke's level, he had the ability of photographic memory.
