Chapter - 3108

After a two-hour wait, it was finally Missy's turn.

However, before Zeke had the opportunity to submit Missy's documents, a wealthy lady suddenly pushed a plump little boy over from the side.

"Hello, excuse me, could you assist us with the admission process?" the lady said to the school's admission personnel.

The admission personnel looked up and upon recognizing the lady, his previously indifferent expression instantly warmed up. "Oh, it's you, Mrs. York. Of course, please take a seat. I'll assist you right away."

As the admission personnel spoke, he also offered his chair to the lady, standing as he processed the enrollment procedures.

This scene provoked widespread dissatisfaction, leading to a flurry of criticism from everyone.

"Hey, what gives you the right to cut in line?"

"Exactly! We've all been standing in line for hours. What gives you the right to cut in front of us?"

"Please line up at the back to register."

"Hmph, I can't believe the admission personnel is on her side. What a disgrace to the school."

The lady, Karen York, glared at the crowd in anger. "Shut up! What's all this nonsense about? If any of you dare to say another word, believe me, I'll ensure none of you can even complete your registration."

The crowd responded with derisive snickers. "So, we can't register just because you say so? Who do you think you are? Don't assume you can do as you please just because you have a connection with the admission personnel. We'll report this to the authorities!"

Karen retorted, "You're a bunch of ignorant fools, believing that my influence hinges on this admission personnel. To tell you all the truth, my husband is the head of the Martial Arts Association, and he also serves as the principal of this school. Tell me, am I not within my rights to determine whether you get enrolled?"

Upon hearing this revelation, the crowd fell immediately silent.

So she's actually the principal's wife. Why on earth are we arguing with her? Even if our children do get admitted, if the principal decides to make things difficult for them in the future, it could cause them a lot of trouble.

In the end, the crowd opted for silence.

Karen's face displayed a smug satisfaction. "Hmph, weren't you quite arrogant? Carry on, I dare you. Does anyone else have a problem with me cutting in line? If not, I'm going to proceed with my enrollment process."

The admission personnel smiled and said, "Mrs. York, you don't need to concern yourself with them. I'll take care of your enrollment process immediately."

"I object." a chilling voice suddenly erupted. from within the crowd.

All eyes swiftly turned toward the source of the voice, eventually fixing on Zeke. An uneasy tension seemed to ripple through the onlookers as they empathized with his situation.

This young man is too reckless. He is aware that she is the principal's wife, and yet he dares to challenge her. Doesn't he care about his child's future at all?

Karen regarded Zeke with surprise. "Who do you think you are? You have no right to butt in."

Zeke replied, "I'm just an ordinary citizen who doesn't appreciate line-cutting. Do me a favor and move your a*s to the back of the line, or else, you'll have to deal with the consequences."

Karen's anger flared up instantly, her gaze fixed firmly on Zeke. "What the h*ll did you just say? Repeat what you said. Did you just tell me to move my a*s?"

Zeke said, "That's right. I told you to move your a*s to the back of the line."

Karen exploded in anger, completely losing her temper. "D*mn you! You're finished, and so is your daughter. Mark my words, there's no chance your daughter will be accepted into this school, let alone any martial arts school in this country! She can forget about ever pursuing the path of a martial artist in this lifetime."

Zeke felt a twinge of sadness in his heart upon hearing those words.

The Martial Arts Association's system appeared to be deeply corrupted. It was preposterous that a mere woman could wield such influence over a martial artist and dictate the fate of a talented individual, barring her from following the path of martial arts.

Countless martial arts prodigies in Eurasia had likely squandered their potential due to such corrupt incidents.

This time, a comprehensive overhaul was absolutely imperative.

Zeke asked, "Why can't my daughter be admitted to martial arts schools?"

Karen paused for a moment and then sneered, "If you really want your daughter to enroll in a martial arts school, very well. I'll grant you an opportunity. If your daughter can defeat my son, that will be sufficient."
