Chapter - 3239

In Zeke's heart, guilt still lingered incessantly.

He was filled with remorse, knowing that he had caused others to waste a year or two of their hard work for his sake, even if they didn't express their grievances.

The president said, "You need not bear any mental burden. Your future achievements are boundless, and they will surely surpass mine. I firmly believe that given enough time to grow, there's a high chance you could become a Demi-Emperor class warrior! You are worth my sacrifices."

"I will dutifully follow your teachings, Mr. President."

The president took a deep breath. "It's about time, I'm about to fade away."

"Keep this in mind, you've got to figure out a way into that ancient archaeological site. The mysterious energy within you can go head-to- head with a Demi-Emperor's consciousness counterpart. It might just be the key to keeping you safe as you enter the ancient site. But here's the kicker, that place isn't just a short-term shelter, it could also be a game- changer for you, opening up countless opportunities. So, make the most of it!"

Zeke replied, "Rest assured, Mr. President, I'll do everything I can to secure entry into the ancient archaeological site. I won't let you down."

"Do you have any more questions?"

"The one who just stopped Thorian, that was my father-in-law, right?"

The president was momentarily silent before cautioning, "Watch your words, young man. What do you mean by 'father-in-law'?"

Explaining further, Zeke clarified, "My wife is Lacey Hinton, a direct descendant of Vassilios. Wouldn't that make Vassilios my father-in- law?"

The president responded sternly, "Remember, until Vassilios acknowledges you, don't try to gain favor or claim kinship with him. Never use his name to show off your power. It's what Vassilios detests the most. Be cautious, a single consciousness from Vassilios could shatter your soul if he hears about it. Gaining Vassilio’s approval is no easy feat. You better buckle down and work hard in the future, kid."

Zeke felt a tinge of disappointment.

He had hoped to glide through life, relying on his connection with Vassilios. Little did he know that Vassilios had never acknowledged him.

The president's figure gradually faded away.

"My time has come, rest assured, I will do my best to hold Lord Wilder back for you. By the way, there's one more thing. The place you want is underneath Theos Island where Terrachus resides. He might come for you."

Zeke was shocked. "Isn't Terrachus sealed beneath Theos Island? And with you constantly watching over him, how could he possibly escape?"

"I am here in person because I intend to confront Lord Wilder in the secret realm of Mount Kush. The one who is currently keeping an eye on Terrachus is merely one of my counterparts. Escaping is as difficult as ascending to the heavens for Terrachus, nearly impossible. But, against all odds, a fragment of his consciousness might manage to break free. If his consciousness clone escapes, my counterpart wouldn't be able to detect it. Don't underestimate the consciousness counterpart of Terrachus. His combat power could reach the peak of the Nebula Realm, or even the early stages of the Eternal Realm. You are no match for it either."

Zeke nodded solemnly.

At this point, the president had faded away, leaving only his head visible. Nonetheless, he continued to advise Zeke, "Moreover, the Netherworld, demonic beasts, Gods, and other major races are all after you. Among them, countless powerful beings surround you like a lamb among wolves. Your only chance of survival is to enter the ancient archaeological site, level up, and fight your way out."

Zeke responded, "Rest assured, Mr. President, I've got it all handled. Safe travels."

"What do you mean by that? It's like you're bidding me farewell to the afterlife. I'm done talking to you, I..."

The president vanished completely into thin air.

Zeke sighed and turned, heading toward Theos.

The mysterious energy within him was damaged, and the president lost a fragment of his consciousness, all thanks to Theos.

He wouldn't be able to face the president if he didn't avenge himself.
