Chapter - 3247

As Zeke stood just a step away from the door, resentment filled his heart. He realized that he couldn't take this step on his own and needed help from external forces. With difficulty, he looked towards Edurne and her companions, his eyes filled with hope. He dared not speak, fearing that even the slightest exertion of energy would repel him.

Edurne and the others understood Zeke's plea. She immediately commanded, "Let's help him."

"Sure!" they replied.

The power from Edurne and the others transferred into Zeke's body, playing a decisive role in his progress. Despite the repulsion, Zeke managed to move forward, struggling for a grueling half-hour. Finally, he covered the half-step distance to the door, leaving him just one step away from the finish line.

Under immense pressure, Zeke lifted his foot and stepped forward. As his foot crossed the threshold, the repelling force vanished instantly, replaced by an overwhelming attraction. Caught off guard, Zeke was drawn in by the irresistible force. Edurne and the others, infused with the same power, were also pulled into the gate.

The howling gale and bone-chilling frost surrounded them, making it difficult to breathe. The darkness was so intense that they couldn't see their hands. Tanner's voice trembled as he said, "It's so cold. Are you guys okay? Is everyone here?"

Alta weakly replied, "I feel frozen to the ground."

Cullen pleaded, "Why can't I feel my hands and feet?"

Edurne reassured them, "Don't be afraid. Stay calm. I have the Everflame Lamp of our Kush Clan. It will withstand these harsh conditions."

Soon, a beam of light illuminated the darkness. Edurne held a uniquely shaped crystal lamp resembling a swan. The swan's head was ablaze, radiating warmth and light. This faint glow provided them with hope.

Tanner exclaimed, "This is great! With the Everflame Lamp, we won't fear the cold anymore."

Cullen shivered and remarked, "Such a dim light. It's practically useless."

Alta explained, "You don't understand. The Everflame Lamp of our Kush Clan is profoundly mysterious. The colder the temperature, the more warmth it radiates. The stronger the wind, the fiercer the fire burns. It can burn for ten thousand years without external influence. It will help us get out of this predicament."

Cullen marveled, "Incredible! The Kush Clan is truly resourceful. It's indescribably wonderful."

As the wild wind blew, the flame of the Everflame Lamp grew larger, emitting intense heat. Eventually, the lamp ignited completely, with roaring flames reaching over a meter in height. The surroundings became warmer, and light enveloped everyone once again. Vitality gradually returned to them.

Zeke surveyed his surroundings carefully. Thick layers of ice stretched as far as the eye could see, with an unreachable darkness in the distance.

"D*mn it," Tanner grumbled, "So this is the interior of the ancient archaeological site? It doesn't seem promising."

Alta pondered, "The site doesn't appear that large from the outside. How can the space inside be so vast?"

Zeke explained, "The space within this ancient archaeological site exists on a different dimension than the outside world. It's a parallel universe, which means it can be infinitely large."
