Chapter - 3334

While chasing, Michael shouted in anger.

At his side, two long swords materialized instantly, one white and one black.

"Dual Energy Sword Art!" With a wave of his hand, the long sword immediately flew out.

In the blink of an eye, the two sword rainbows had reached behind Anvindr.

"Hah, you think I'm afraid of you?" Anvindr paused in his steps, a look of disdain surfacing in his eyes. Without hesitation, he turned around and threw a punch.

In mid-air, a palm imprint instantly materialized, ruthlessly striking toward the sword rainbow.

Boom!

The earth hummed. The shockwave from the explosion had leveled the surrounding forest.

"You're courting death," Michael scoffed coldly, his expression turning slightly serious as he drew out the golden longsword he always carried with him.

Buzz!

The long sword was drawn, resounding with the roar of a dragon.

Michael cleaved through the air with a single strike.

A golden sword light formed in an instant, carrying a terrifying momentum, it struck toward Anvindr once again.

Before anyone knew it, the figure of Anvindr, like a ghost, had swiftly vanished into thin air.

"Where did he go?" Michael furrowed his brows, just as he was puzzling over something, a sudden noise echoed from behind him.

Upon turning around, he was immediately met with a punch.

Luckily, his reaction was swift, allowing him to prepare his defenses in time. Otherwise, he might have fallen.

"Stop!" Michael didn't want to fight anymore, he urgently cried out, "My friend, we are on the same side. Why must we confront each other to the death?"

"Hmph," Anvindr expressed disdainfully, speaking in a dismissive tone. "Don't flatter yourself into thinking we're on the same side. If it weren't for my magical objects being stolen by a cunning individual, you would have been long dead!"

Anvindr was indeed correct in what he said.

Had it not been for Zeke stealing his belongings, he could have completely annihilated Michael right there with the aid of his magical objects.

He was incredibly powerful even without any magical objects, let alone when he had them.

Michael was slightly taken aback. Anyone who could snatch what was right in front of him must possess strength comparable to that of Octantis, he feared.

Upon reflection, he found it was indeed terrifying.

In the Secret Realm of Mount Kush, undiscovered talents were everywhere.

"Buddy, do you have the compass with you now? What did you do to Zeke?" Michael asked politely, suppressing the doubts in his heart.

"Zeke?" Anvindr furrowed his brows. "I don't know him."

"My friend, there's no need to pretend. You must have taken something from Zeke. However, I'm not here for revenge. You can rest assured, just return the compass to me and all will be well."

"So, you're implying that I stole the compass?" Anvindr's gaze turned icy, a surge of annoyance welling up in his heart.

Since entering the Secret Realm of Mount Kush, he had robbed one person, only to be robbed in return.

He was left with nothing. Only a pair of underpants remained.

Upon hearing the word 'robbery', he couldn't help but reminisce about the time he was robbed, as well as the meticulously prepared pills and magical objects that were taken from him.

"I didn't steal anything, so get lost!" The more Anvindr thought about it, the angrier he became. In the end, he roared out loud, veins throbbing on his forehead.

Michael hadn't expected such a strong reaction from the other party, and couldn't help but recoil in fright.

"My friend, if you didn't steal anything, why did you run?" Michael was also getting somewhat angry.

He felt that Anvindr was not taking responsibility no matter what. He had already stated that it wasn't for the sake of revenge that he sought Anvindr out.

Anvindr snorted coldly, "The compass was just lying there, an ownerless object. Since I found it, it naturally became mine."

"You truly are a shameless and cunning scoundrel. Do you really think that after obtaining the compass, you could just leave unscathed?" Michael said coldly.

"Do you wish to fight again?" Fearless as ever, Anvindr spoke, his aura erupting once more as he did.

Tension seemed to be drawn tight as a bowstring between the two.

Michael took a deep breath, suppressing the anger in his heart, and pulled out the jade badge that Octantis had given him.

"Do you recognize this object?" he asked.

Upon settling his mind, Anvindr took a glance, his eyelids twitched slightly. Well, I'll be. It's actually a badge of authority from Canopus' martial house, and it's even an inner disciple's badge.

Others might not recognize it, but he, as a disciple of a martial house, with his vast experience and broad knowledge, could identify it at a glance.

"So it's you guys. I've figured out your identities." Anvindr didn't pretend to not recognize them. He openly admitted it.
