Chapter - 3405

This was purely a comparison of sheer strength, not just about coordination.

Their level of tacit understanding had also increased significantly.

Zeke gathered everyone together and asked, "Everyone, think about it. Should we continue hunting the depraved spirits? Can we all still hold on? How can we quickly resolve the next battle? Do we have the confidence?"

"Of course we should continue hunting. Zeke, the heaven's energy we hunted this time worked pretty well, even better than what we previously collected from others," Elvis stated without hesitation.

"Exactly, the heaven's energy we hunted was fresh, unlike the remnants left by those top prodigies, where much of it had dissipated," Anvindr chimed in.

Ever since Aretta had bestowed upon them the particularly refined essence of heaven's energy, they had noticed the varying effects of heaven's energy over different lengths of time.

Heaven's energy which had existed for a longer period was evidently far less effective.

They were willing to continue the hunt. They had great confidence as long as Anvindr could still perform as effectively as before.

Having gained experience, they had nothing much to fear.

Teams daring enough to hunt down depraved spirits in the later stage of Sun and Moon Class like theirs were probably extremely rare.

Even if they harbored such intentions, they lacked the power to achieve it. However, it couldn't be entirely confirmed that there were no teams like them.

Some teams did indeed possess considerable strength.

"All right, since everyone is confident, let's get prepared. Time waits for no one. We need to speed up," Zeke said with a smile. "Right, earlier Quincey conveyed his intentions to collaborate with us on the hunt. They're not aware that we've already successfully completed the hunt."

"Do they wish to be like us?" Elvis stroked his chin, pondering for a moment before he chuckled.

"If they could share some of heaven's energy with us, it might not be a bad idea."

"I didn't immediately agree to his proposal," Zeke said. "His communication device is currently unreachable. Evidently, he's quite far away. For now, let's not worry about him. However, he did leave me with some news. The third group of cultivators entering the Secret Realm of Mount Kush will likely arrive in about a month."

A month?

The news wasn't exactly unexpected. It had simply experienced a slight delay.

If this group were to come, they'd probably take a significant share of the resources, but that wasn't something that could be considered at the moment.

Remembering something, Anvindr turned his gaze toward Zeke. "Oh, by the way, Aretta gave me a communication device as well and left me a message."

Zeke was momentarily surprised. Aretta has actually given Anvindr a communication device?

But he refrained from inquiring further about the matter. After all, they were all disciples of Nimbus Sect. It was only natural for families to leave things for their own.

"What did she say?"

"She expressed her gratitude toward us... for leading Orion to her..."

"Huh?"

"What..." Zeke and the others all felt quite awkward.

Originally, it was a well-intentioned effort to help, but unexpectedly, it backfired, inadvertently guiding Orion on the right path.

In reality, Zeke and his group had no idea where Aretta had gone. They had merely directed Orion in a direction they presumed to be wrong.

The initiator, Zeke, was so embarrassed that his face had turned beet red. He gave a light cough, attempting to mask his awkwardness.

Subsequently, he turned his gaze toward Anvindr.

"How did Aretta know which direction I pointed Orion to?"

Feeling a bit guilty, Anvindr stuttered, "I... I was the one who told her."

"It was you who sold me out!"

Why does he bring up everything?

Elvis also gave him a cold look, his gaze extremely unfriendly.

After all, Anvindr was part of their team. There was no reason for him to continually leak information to others.

Although Aretta was not a friend but a foe, she wasn't part of the team either, thus she couldn't be fully trusted. Even Elvis wouldn't share too much information with Orion, the prodigy of their sect.
