Chapter - 3418

Suddenly, Zeke broke into a smile. "Morvran, you need to think this through. I have some information related to the black temple."

What he was referring to was indeed the experiences of Frostine, which were actual events that took place.

"Oh?" Morvran suddenly became interested, his intimidating aura lessening slightly. He nodded and said, "Go ahead, then."

Zeke looked at Frostine. "Frostine, you speak."

Upon hearing this, Frostine nodded slightly and began to recount in detail her experiences, as well as the fortunate circumstances that led to her escape.

After hearing this, Morvran had an epiphany. At the same time, the aura and pressure he had been exuding faded away.

He flashed his smile once again and said, "So, that's why you've been so cautious, Zeke. I won't lie. I'm not fully aware of the dangers within the black temple, but from what I've heard, Duality Sect doesn't seem to be particularly powerful.”

Not powerful? Frostine's face stiffened, a hint of anger flashing across her features. "The strength of Duality Sect isn't inferior. At least when compared to Quincey's Nimbus Sect you could say we're on an even footing™"

Morvran laughed proudly. "Is that all? Haven't you noticed? I'm here! Surely, I'm stronger than several teams combined!"

He actually claimed that he could match up to several teams by himself.

He was arrogant and ostentatious, yet undeniably, he had the means to back it up.

“They've actually encountered two depraved spirits in the late stage of Sun and Moon Class." Zeke cautioned.

"I know!" Morvran scoffed, a smirk playing on his lips. "What's so great about two depraved spirits at the late stage of Sun and Moon Class? Can't I handle them? The disciples of Dominion Sect were always involved in hunting down depraved spirits of the late stage. Even without my assistance, they were capable of successful hunts. They could at least manage without one less individual in the late stage of Sun and Moon Class, right?”

After those words were spoken, Zeke glanced at Quincey to observe his reaction.

Clearly, Quincey had accepted the situation, showing no signs of surprise or discomfort.

A sense of heaviness settled in Zeke's heart.

Morvran was quite formidable, both individually and as part of a team. It was rather intimidating.

For him, dealing with two depraved spirits in the late stage wasn't particularly troublesome.

Because, with the assistance of Quincey's team from Nimbus Sect, and the support of the formation, handling two late stage Sun and Moon Class individuals wasn't as difficult as it seemed.

"There are countless mid-stage beings, along with early-stage depraved spirits. The numbers are quite substantial," Zeke added.

This power, too, was not to be underestimated. One couldn't merely focus on the strength of the late stage. If there were more depraved spirits in the mid and early stages, it would also constitute a formidable force.

Upon hearing this, Morvran smiled. "So... I need your help, Zeke."

Zeke was at a loss for words. These guys seem unyieldingly resolute, essentially unshakeable.

"Hunting down depraved spirits and harvesting heaven's energy is indeed a viable option. We could collaborate on this. There's no need to target the black temple, especially when we don't have enough detailed information yet." Zeke still rejected the idea.

"Not enough information? No matter!" Morvran remained as arrogant as ever, his tone utterly domineering. "Even if those top prodigies knew about the benefits hidden here, they wouldn't share with others. They'd definitely want more for themselves!"

"Zeke, think carefully. If the opportunity was given to someone else, what could these top prodigies possibly gain? The black temple has only recently emerged. It might hold a huge opportunity." He squinted his eyes, a thick glint of greed flashing within them.

"You're suggesting that if there's a great opportunity hidden, we can continue to search for the black temple." Zeke understood his point and followed his line of thinking.

"Then, with the experience we've gained before, we could seize even more opportunities, right?"

"That's right!" Morvran burst out laughing heartily.

As expected, Zeke was indeed clever to have thought of this.

"Indeed, that's logical," Zeke added. "But the risk is just too high!”
