Chapter - 3447

Vesper swept her icy gaze across her subordinates.

It was no wonder she was so furious. Clearly, there was a mole among her subordinates leaking information to outsiders. Even though they were all demonic cultivators, they didn't all belong to the same faction. Thus, there were still some rifts among groups of demonic cultivators.

To Vesper, leaking information was no different from betrayal.

Not only that, the leaker described Zeke as her boy toy.

"It was me!" Someone stepped forward, gritting their teeth.

"Lord Vesper, I thought Zeke was your boy toy, so I mentioned it to Mr. Amon. I never imagined he would bring it up. I beg you, please spare my life and let me leave." The speaker was terrified, knowing that his fate was practically sealed after Amon revealed the information he had leaked.

To mock Vesper, Amon didn't care whether that leaker would face death afterward.

The leaker believed that if he hadn't stepped forward at that moment, Vesper would have discovered who had done it eventually anyway.

Hence, he thought doing so would earn him a chance to live, even though Vesper had no intention of letting him off the hook.

Upon hearing that, Vesper smacked him with a cloud of black mist.

Boom!

That demonic cultivator was shattered in an instant.

Subsequently, he was wholly consumed by the black mist. His cultivation transformed into spiritual energy, entirely devoured by Vesper.

Zeke gulped and trembled slightly with fear like the numerous demonic cultivators.

He didn't expect Vesper to be that ruthless. It seems she did mean it when she said she would kill me. I only survived and even lived well probably because I resemble her crush.

Vesper remained composed and exclaimed, "If anyone else is considering betrayal, this is the fate that awaits you. Do you all understand?"

The demonic cultivators all kneeled down one after another in respect. "Understood!"

Subsequently, Vesper turned her gaze toward Zeke. Even though she was still stunningly gorgeous, Zeke was trembling in fear as he faced her.

"V-Vesper," Zeke said, steeling himself. “I would never betray you either."

"Did I speak to you?" Vesper scoffed.

Zeke gulped hard, quickly apologizing, "I'm sorry, Vesper. I overthought things."

Vesper gazed at Zeke deeply before smirking teasingly. "Aren't you angry someone calls you a boy toy, Zeke?"

"That's..." Zeke frowned. "Of course I'm upset, but it isn't the truth, so I don't really care what that guy from earlier said."

Zeke genuinely didn't mind what Amon called him because, as angry as he was, Amon was far more powerful than him.

He couldn't have his revenge even if he wanted to.

"All right." Vesper nodded subtly. "Next, let's head to a fun place, shall we?"

Zeke furrowed his brow. "Vesper, are you planning on killing someone later?"

Vesper paused slightly, narrowing her eyes. "What's wrong with that?"

"It's just..." Zeke gritted his teeth. "Well, they are from an orthodox sect, same as me. If it isn't necessary for you to slay them, could you possibly show mercy and spare them?"

"It depends on my mood. If you can keep me happy, I'll consider it," Vesper said with a playful smirk.

Subsequently, black mist materialized beneath her feet, spreading throughout the camp.

Using the black mist, she swiftly led Zeke and his party ahead.

Before long, they arrived outside a black temple.

Zeke discovered that the place was also an underground temple. Also, there were people who did like what Dominion Sect had previously done and prepared a spot to accommodate battles with formations already set up.

Moreover, the battle seemed to have concluded. Zeke could sense a lingering aura of the aftermath.

Vesper shattered their formation, charging in with her people in an instant.
