Chapter - 3541

"Come on up."

Zeke hesitated for a moment before stepping forward, and the others followed closely behind.

Then, Emerald Sword God stood with his hands behind his back, appearing otherworldly and detached from the mortal realm.

He gazed faintly at the heavens and earth, his white robe fluttering despite the lack of wind.

Buzz!

An illusory sword shadow hummed instantly, soaring into the sky and speeding toward the north.

The full view of the Ancient Graveyard became clearer now.

Despite looking majestic and grand, it also decayed and withered!

Only after ascending into the sky could they see more of the landscape, including a towering statue of a Heavenly God Statue in the distance, holding a spear and stabbing toward the void.

Even though it was just a statue, from afar, they could feel its overwhelming might, grand and imposing, as if it could blot out the sky and cover the earth.

Among the crumbling walls and ruins, endless remains and bones littered the ground.

Then, the scenery gradually faded away.

As they advanced, the number of skeletons diminished.

The land, though desolate and blood-stained, no longer seemed as shockingly terrifying as before.

It grew quieter, with far fewer living beings.

In the midst of this tranquility, a faint sense of dread lingered.

After advancing for several more minutes, a massive cluster of golden palaces appeared before Zeke and the others.

This palace complex was vast and boundless, like towering mountains, grand and magnificent, suspended in mid-air. Immortal energy swirled around it, resembling a palace of the immortals, with towers and pavilions where traces of red aura roamed.

Those weren't spirits. They seemed like red- colored immortal energy.

"This is the Worldly Palace. I wonder if she has fallen."

Emerald Sword God glanced at the palace, intentionally taking a detour to avoid it.

Worldly Palace!

Zeke was awestruck, and the others wore expressions of shock as well.

Though the Worldly Palace was majestic, like a palace of the immortals, it still carried an aura of decay and rot, despite its imposing appearance.

The aura of decay could not be dispelled.

Zeke was puzzled. "Since this is the Worldly Palace, it must be forbidden grounds, right?"

"Correct." Emerald Sword God nodded.

However, Zeke frowned, a trace of confusion lingering in his heart.

"If it's forbidden grounds, and Worldly Immortal transcended the mortal world, pursuing only the Great Pryncyp, then why would such a grand, magnificent palace be built here on forbidden grounds?"

Zeke thought that if someone had transcended the mortal world, they wouldn't place much importance on such things.

Building such a vast and magnificent palace didn't seem to align with Worldly Immortal's philosophy or character.

After all, Emerald Sword God had said that Worldly Immortal had detached from the mortal world.

If that were the case, this palace shouldn't have been built this way.

Moreover, this was just her forbidden grounds!

Emerald Sword God snorted. "Ignorant. The cultivators of this era are all ignorant and foolish. They didn't live in the glory of ancient times, so naturally, their understanding is shallow. Worldly Immortal's path is the Worldly Pryncyp, a cultivation path that seeks to comprehend the spirits of all beings. In normal times, she was naturally a person devoid of emotion. But when activating the Worldly Pryncyp, it would awaken some of her emotions. To this day, no one knows which Great Pryncyp she used, or whether she's still alive. Even when we fought together during the war in ancient times, I never fully understood her. If she were truly devoid of all emotion, would she still be considered a cultivator from the orthodox sect?"

Zeke was taken aback and couldn't help muttering to himself, "So, in the end, Worldly Immortal is still somewhat mysterious."

"The second most mysterious." Emerald Sword God smiled. "The most mysterious is still Celestial Starkeeper."

"So, is the Celestial Starkeeper a man or a woman?" Zeke asked curiously.

Since Celestial Starkeeper was so mysterious, he wanted to know more.

"A man!" Emerald Sword God's face darkened, feeling that Zeke was asking too many questions.

A dead person didn't have to know too much.

In the end, Zeke would have his vital energy devoured by him.

He only kept Zeke around to use him for his own benefit.

Growing impatient, he quickened his pace.

Soon, a massive black wall loomed before them.

At a glance, its depth was unfathomable, like the starry sky, endlessly deep.
