Chapter 3567

Perhaps Zeke's ignorance was due to the Eternal Class. Nevertheless, he still wondered how it was possible for Vesper to suddenly appear by his side, as there had been no indication of her presence earlier. Unless I've misidentified her from the start... With a sudden turn of his head, Zeke looked down at the delicate figure in his right arm. The woman in his arms tilted her head, exposing a slender, smooth neck, an allure that felt almost ethereal. It was Vesper! A shiver ran through his body as fear and apprehension gripped his heart. "Where's Lacey?" His immediate concern was Lacey's safety. "You don't need to worry about her," Vesper replied with a smug chuckle. "She's in my world-the one I created." In the Nebula Class, one could create their own world, just like Zeke, who could conceal people within his own realm. Vesper possessed the same ability. What puzzled Zeke was why the person he was carrying turned out to be Vesper and not Lacey. How did I not notice after carrying her and running for over half an hour? Swiftly, Zeke let her go and took a half step back. He took a deep breath, his brow furrowing as a dangerous glint flashed in his eyes. "Where have you been, Vesper? Why did you hide Lacey? And what about the Demon Star?" His voice was urgent as he continued, "Hand over the Devil Star. I still need to report to the Emerald Sword God! We don't have time to waste. Remember, we're still on the same. team!" Vesper chuckled softly, covering her mouth as her eyes sparkled with amusement. "Why the rush? Is that woman really so important to you?" "Of course!" Zeke's expression turned serious. "This is no time for jokes, Vesper. I'm genuinely worried about her safety. Now that I've mastered the Force of Annihilation, you're no match for me. Hand her over, or I'll kill you!" He meant every word. To Zeke, Lacey's safety was as precious as his own life. Unbeknownst to him, the place he had just left was actually within the Annihilation Domain. Had he lingered even a moment longer, he might never have woken up again. It was only when his worry for Lacey's safety reached a peak that he managed to gradually regain his senses. At that moment, a newfound divine power began to manifest within him. In other words, the previous power of Planetary Pull no longer existed.

What replaced it was a more comprehensive force; one that could amplify the Great Pryncyp of Annihilation. By now, Zeke understood that every cultivator possessed a distinct form of the Great Pryncyp. Each type carried unique strengths, and perhaps, even certain restraints. The Great Pryncyp he chose mirrored the path of a demonic cultivator-powerful and unyielding, yet fraught with danger. However, at that moment, his only concern was protecting Lacey. Everything else paled in comparison. He felt no guilt toward Vesper at all. After all, he had saved her once before, and she had abandoned him without a second thought. Furthermore, despite her return, she appeared to be an entirely different person and had even gone so far as to kidnap his wife. Rage and shock coursed through Zeke's veins. "Let her go right now!" he demanded, his voice laced with fury. Vesper, however, remained unfazed. Her lips curled into a taunting smirk. "I can see how much you care for her. Relax, I won't harm her. But here's the deal: if you agree to work for me, I'll set her free. What do you say?" "Excuse me?" Zeke's eyes widened in disbelief. "Have you forgotten how I saved you? And didn't you abandon the demonic path to join the ranks of the orthodox cultivators?" He added, "While others claim that the orthodox and demonic factions can't coexist, I have a way to make that happen. I can make the orthodox cultivators accept you. I can protect you. So enough of these games and release my wife, now!" "Oh, shut up," she sneered, her gaze sharp and unrelenting. "Let's go find Lord Emerald Sword." A chill ran down Zeke's spine, a wave of unease washing over him as her words echoed in his mind. Lord Emerald Sword? "Vesper, what on earth are you talking about?" Zeke's voice took on a sharper edge, his expression hardening. "Stop this nonsense right now! Where have you been these past few days, and why have you changed so much?"
