Chapter 3584

Is that... the ancient war bell? Zeke, exhausted, narrowed his eyes. His spiritual and vital energies teetered on the edge of annihilation as if about to vanish completely. However, at that very moment, the vital energy that had been previously consumed instantly returned to his body. His hair turned jet black once again, and his skin, previously withered and old, became youthful. His figure radiated vitality, returning to his former appearance. Even his previous injuries had healed, and the dark energy within him had vanished. Zeke was filled with indescribable joy and surprise. Moreover, his strength had already been restored to the zenith stage of Nebula Class. As he regained his strength, the door suddenly shut. Before him lay a chaotic void, resonating with the sound of an ancient bell. Zeke looked back, and after the grand door closed, it vanished between heaven and earth. What lay before him was no longer a palace but seemed to be an ancient battlefield. Countless skeletal remains filled the entire chaos, not only of humans but also of beasts. He could even spot the remains of ancient dragons. All remnants of life floated in the air, akin to being in a starry sky, drifting aimlessly without any gravity. The horns on the head of that colossal dragon were reminiscent of a unicorn. It closely resembled the giant dragon in the black cloud that Zeke had encountered when he first entered the Ancient Graveyard. Amidst the chaos, there was a glow of twilight. Through the hazy glow, he glimpsed a sun, sorrowfully devoid of light. Below it stretched a black river, endlessly sprawling across the horizon. To put it more accurately, it wasn't a black river, but rather a black line. In it, there was a terrifying Force of Annihilation, each part capable of sending chills down Zeke's spine. "Is anyone there?" Zeke asked in a hushed tone. His voice, however, echoed as if it was amplified by a loudspeaker. There was no response.

But who is the one behind that ancient voice, and why did she feel the need to warn me? Upon entering this place, Zeke sensed danger, yet no crisis unfolded. Instead, it felt as if all his vital energy had been restored. Even the dark energy within him had vanished and his injuries had healed. Zeke didn't have any weapons left. They were all taken away by Nine-Tailed Enchantress. However, he couldn't possibly remain here indefinitely. There was a more significant mission waiting for him to accomplish. Without any weapons, he felt a certain unease within him. He lingered in the same spot, unsure of what to do next. Lacey's life was something he deeply cared about. It was clear that Nine-Tailed Enchantress intended to harm Emerald Sword God. He was unsure if she could tell he had harmed him or not. What would happen if she could? Nine-Tailed Enchantress had warned him. If he didn't allow Emerald Sword God to consume his vital energy and there was no sign of it, she would assume that he had exposed her intentions to Emerald Sword God. She would then make a move against Lacey and kill her. Zeke had already spent quite a few hours inside the Ancient Graveyard. Lacey's life was likely under threat. If he continued to stay at the Worldly Palace, it wouldn't be a solution. He had to move forward. Despite the absence of dark energy and his recovered injuries, retreat was not an option for him now. The grand door behind had vanished. Even if he desired to retreat, there was no way to do SO. Zeke gritted his teeth and headed toward the black river. He gave it his all, moving at an incredible speed. However, that black river seemed to be at an unreachable distance from him as if it was perpetually out of reach. Even though countless lifeless bodies drifted past Zeke, he could feel that he was indeed making progress. However, the distance between him and the black river ahead remained constant.
