Chapter - 3593

Who knows why she's going through all this trouble for the Emerald Sword God?

Zeke didn't want to share this information with them and add to their burden.

The mere existence of the Emerald Sword God was already shocking enough. Even if he explained everything about the Ancient Graveyard, they probably wouldn't believe him.

Zeke's mind raced as he quickly formed a plan.

Since the Nine-Tailed Enchantress was seriously injured, he could fake his own injuries to lure her out.

However, with Storm and the others wanting to cooperate, their presence was more of a hindrance.

With that in mind, Zeke turned to Aretta and said calmly, "Aretta, how about we split up? If she's seriously injured, I'm not afraid of her.

We can each search on our own. One person staying with Mr. Willow will be enough."

"What?" Storm burst out in fury. "Zeke! Are you saying you want to leave?"

"And what if I am?" Zeke sneered, his gaze growing colder as he looked at Storm. "If I want to leave, do you think you can stop me?"

Since Storm had been hostile the whole time, Zeke wasn't about to show him any respect.

"Ridiculous!"

Storm was so enraged by Zeke's look that he laughed in disbelief.

"Zeke, we haven't even investigated you properly yet! Who knows if the Demonic Lotus is still on you? Now that you're so eager to leave, there must be something fishy going on! If that's the case, don't even think about leaving. We'll seal your elixir field and cultivation first, and then we'll decide what to do. So, are you going to do it yourself, or do you need our help?"

Zeke laughed arrogantly, undeterred despite not having his weapon.

"Storm, think whatever you want. I couldn't care less. If you think you can stop me, you're sorely mistaken!"

Aretta's expression changed, and she quickly turned to Storm, her voice growing cold. "Storm, if Zeke wants to leave, we shouldn't try to stop him. We're all at the same cultivation level, and Zeke is a top prodigy."

Storm's face turned ice cold, and he let out a mocking laugh,

"Aretta, you seem awfully fond of calling him 'Zeke' so sweetly. Have you lost sight of the situation? If he really has betrayed the orthodox sect, shouldn't he be put to death?"

Aretta took a deep breath, her own expression growing colder.

"We haven't confirmed anything yet. Don't be so quick to make judgments."

"But we do need him to submit to our investigation first!" Storm snorted.

Zeke continued laughing. "Storm, you have no right to question me, let alone investigate me. Goodbye!"

With that, Zeke prepared to leave.

Just then, Michael attacked with a powerful palm strike, and Storm snorted icily, following up with a sword slash.

"Trying to run? Even if you've reached the zenith stage of Nebula Class, you can't escape from the four of us!"

But to Zeke, these attacks were nothing.

He simply raised his palm.

Bang!

A giant dark hand instantly neutralized both attacks.

Then, moving even faster, Zeke sped off into the distance.

"Catch him!"

Storm was momentarily stunned by Zeke's strength but quickly gave chase.

Michael did the same, shouting to Aretta as he left.

"Aretta, help us!"

To their surprise, they hadn't gone far when Aretta summoned her pink hand fan and unleashed a blast of wind at them.

A pink hurricane swept toward the two of them, catching them off guard and forcing them to hurriedly defend themselves.

"Aretta!"

By the time they recovered, Zeke was long gone.

Storm was furious, glaring at Aretta with venom in his eyes.

"Aretta, you've betrayed the orthodox sect!"
