Chapter - 3605

Zeke was taken aback. The Worldly Immortal's voice has changed again.

The voice, once laden with the weight of time, now conveyed a tone of serene tranquility.

Zeke took a deep breath and bowed respectfully toward the Palace of Annihilation. “Lord Worldly, I wish to venture out in search of opportunities to break through to the Eternal Class. Additionally, I have something I'd like to show you."

"Sure." The response from the Worldly Immortal was indifferent, offering no more words than necessary.

Zeke furrowed his brows, sensing that the Worldly Immortal seemed different from before. He sounds indifferent this time. What's wrong?

Nonetheless, he presented a Demonic Lotus, letting it hover in mid-air.

Though not perfect, the lotus was closer to its complete form.

The Worldly Immortal remained silent for a long while before finally speaking. "This thing is of no use to you."

After speaking, he added, "Objects belonging to demonic cultivators can't aid you in achieving success."

Zeke was slightly taken aback but quickly nodded in response. "Thank you, Lord Worldly. Do you need the Demonic Lotus? I can give it to you."

Deep down, Zeke still had absolute faith in him.

After all, it was the Worldly Immortal who had saved his life.

"You should keep it for yourself," the Worldly Immortal replied softly. "You don't need to venture out seeking opportunities. You can re-enter the Palace of Annihilation or choose to visit the Palace of Seven Emotions, the Palace of Three Temporal Forms, or the Palace of Dual Energy"

Zeke felt somewhat tempted by the offer. But I can't leave Vesper in the lurch since I don't know if she's alive or dead.

Moreover, he wasn't even sure he could break through to the Eternal Class right here.

To rescue Vesper, he needed to reach the Eternity Class first to possess sufficient power to challenge the Emerald Sword God.

With that in mind, he bowed respectfully. “Lord Worldly, can these palaces lead me to break through to the Eternity Class?"

The Worldly Immortal gave a surprisingly enthusiastic reply. "Absolutely!"

A hint of surprise and delight sparkled in Zeke's eyes.

However, just as he felt a glimmer of hope, the Worldly Immortal's next words dampened his spirit. "To attain mastery over the Great Pryncyp of Seven Emotions, head to the Palace of Seven Emotions. It will only take three years to complete your cultivation. Given your talent, I'm sure you can reach the Eternity Class. But remember, you will become powerful through the Great Pryncyp of Seven Emotions, not by other means."

Zeke couldn't help but frown upon hearing that.

He understood that the Great Pryncyp was akin to the Great Pryncyp of Annihilation in the dark river, where he could develop his greatest strength.

At this point, he could still sense that varying degree of power within his spiritual energy.

"Do you find the cultivation period to be too long?" the Worldly Immortal suddenly asked.

"Not really, but to be honest, I don't think I can wait that long," Zeke sighed. "Lord Worldly, I need to rescue someone from the Emerald Sword God, but I'm still lacking in combat power. That's why I urgently need to break through to the Eternal Class."

The Worldly Immortal fell silent once more.

After a considerable pause, he finally spoke again. "Do you happen to know about Ruth Wilkerson?"

"Ruth Wilkerson?" Zeke pondered for a moment before recalling the name.

Ruth was the red-eyed little girl he had first encountered when he ventured into the Ancient Graveyard.

"I know who she is." Zeke nodded.

The Worldly Immortal hummed in response. "Her birth holds a secret. She's the daughter of the Reincarnation Immortal and the Moon Immortal. Even though they fell in ancient times, I could still sense her soul lingering in the Ancient Graveyard, and it seemed she had come alive. If you manage to find her and strip her of the Great Pryncyp of Reincarnation, you could go through countless reincarnations and eventually break through to the Eternity Class."

Zeke knitted his brows tightly. "Does that mean her body carries the Great Pryncyp of Reincarnation?"

"Yes, the Great Pryncyp of Reincarnation. However, I wouldn't advise you to take it by force; it's better if she willingly surrenders it. For your information, the Great Pryncyp of the Moon, which belongs to the Moon Immortal, rightfully belongs to her," he explained.

At that point, the Worldly Immortal appeared more willing to share, though his voice remained calm. "The Great Pryncyp of Reincarnation and the Great Pryncyp of the Moon are vastly different. They could cloud her judgment, rendering her susceptible to manipulation and deception.”
