Chapter - 3621

Though he didn't fully understand the teleportation fragments, Ruth knew about them.

In the future, when the opportunity arose, he just needed to ask for more details.

However, Ruth's next words smothered his excitement. "I was using the Great Pryncyp of the Moon. Those were teleportation fragments activated by the Power of the Moon. Only I harnessed this power, which allows me to awaken corresponding fragments from the void."

"I see." Zeke nodded in understanding.

Casting a glance at Ruth, Zeke noticed her aura was getting weak, so he pulled out a few healing pills and tossed them her way.

"Take a break first and heal your wounds," Zeke suggested.

Subsequently, he used the few remaining formation flags at his disposal to construct a concealment formation right where he was. He then quietly observed the movements within the massive golden city.

As he did, he couldn't help but start to murmur to himself. "How strange. There doesn't seem to be any life there, yet I can feel fluctuations of aura in the air. If it's not here, then where is it? Is it from the forbidden grounds?"

Zeke looked up, casting his gaze upon the sky above him and realized that the constellations there were the same as the outside world.

Zeke couldn't accurately deduce the location based on the constellations.

After glancing at Ruth and noticing that she had almost regained her strength, Zeke flashed her a playful smile. "Ruth, do you know—"

"I don't know!" Ruth interrupted coldly. "Why do you have so many questions?"

Zeke's countenance stiffened as he chuckled dryly. "Aren't you the daughter of an ancient Heavenly God? If I'm not to ask such a noble heavenly maiden like you, then who should I ask?"

That statement proved to be quite effective as Ruth smiled smugly. "You're right. You can only ask me."

Zeke chuckled with delight and then asked, "All right then. Can you guess where we are? Is it dangerous? Also, can we explore the place? I'm still interested in the transportation core. What is it? Where do I find more teleportation core fragments?"

The barrage of questions left Ruth dumbfounded for a moment before she spat angrily, "Can't you ask your questions one by one?"

"Fine, fine." Zeke rolled his eyes, then nodded. "Anyway, can you guess where we are?"

"Nope." Ruth shook her head.

"All right, how do I acquire the teleportation core fragments, and how do I use them?"

"I don't know."

"Huh? You don't know?" Zeke was left speechless and stunned. This is a waste of time!

Why doesn't she know anything I'm asking her? How can I explore the place then?

Just as Zeke was wallowing in his frustration, Ruth suddenly whispered to Vela, "Hey, miss, what should I call you?"

"My name is Vela, so you can call me that," Vela said, her smile radiant as she affectionately patted Ruth's head.

"All right, Vela." Ruth nodded obediently, her expression serious as she said, "I can sense it. Despite the strong orthodox energy here, overall, it's still quite dangerous. Perhaps it won't provide us with safety, unlike the aura suggests."

Vela was somewhat puzzled as she said, "Ruth, are you implying that, although this place is filled with an overwhelming orthodox energy, it could potentially not be the power of an orthodox sect warrior?"

"Pretty much. We can wait a bit longer."

"All right. Let's wait a bit longer than, and observe more," Vela suggested.

Seeing the two of them so intimate, Zeke couldn't help but feel resigned. He sighed and began to speak to Ruth. "You chat so much with her. Why aren't you willing to do the same with me?"

Ruth scoffed lightly, "Because you ask too many questions."
