At this moment, Sam’s first thought was to induce vomiting for him to spit out the necklace.

Oscar hurriedly said, “Master Kilgore, I’ll take you to the washroom. This way please.”

Sam stood up immediately and followed Oscar.

The doctor asked immediately, “Master Kilgore, how big is the necklace?”

Sam answered, “Smaller than an egg, slightly bigger than a quail egg.”

The doctor asked again, “Are there any sharp points?”

Sam pondered for a while and said, “I don’t think so.”

The doctor said, “In that case, please wait for a day to see if it can come out through your excretion naturally.”

Then, he added, “I think it’s best if you can buy some laxatives and take them. It can induce bowel movement and you can excrete sooner and faster.”

Sam asked, “What if I can’t poop it out?”

The doctor replied, “If you can’t excrete it within 24 hours, you need to be extra careful because it may cause intestinal obstruction. It is an acute disease and may be fatal.”

Then, the doctor continued, “Master Kilgore, why don’t you drop by my clinic now? I can observe your situation personally, and if I find any abnormalities, I’ll perform an emergency surgery right away. It can be really dangerous if intestinal obstruction occurs.”

Sam shuddered with anger when he heard that it might be fatal if he couldn’t poop the thing out of his body. What the fuck was all this? He had simply made a bet, however, not only did he humiliate himself, but his life was also on the line! Sam hated Charlie so much at this point that he wanted to kill him right there and then, but the biggest problem right now was his own safety. If there was an unforeseen issue that would cost him his life, he would be the biggest loser!

He quickly looked at his phone again and called the pilot of his private jet. “Captain Chen, where are you now?”

Sam had taken his father’s private jet and flown from Eastcliff to Aurous Hills this morning. The pilot had then flown the plane back to Eastcliff tonight as he had planned to stay in Aurous Hills for a few days. After all, his father was a frequent user of the private jet.

Sam’s idea was to take the plane back to Eastcliff if it hadn’t returned to Eastcliff yet. He didn’t want the ruby necklace in his stomach to kill him!
