Elaine said with a smile, “Silly girl, I was just lying to her, where to buy a wide range of refreshments this New Year? Besides, I wouldn’t do it, I’m just mad at that awful woman!”
Elaine then said: “You don’t know, your grandmother usually likes Canton-style refreshments. Claire said shyly, “Mom…. Why are you talking nonsense again…”
