The dinner between Helena and the Rothschild father and son was drawing to a close, and Charlie and Maria had returned to the palace.

Jack and Marcus were still at the data center, deep in conversation with the technical staff about setting up intricate filtering rules for the AI model. He had already made arrangements to resolve the issue with the vending machines as planned. Soon, vending machines from all corners of the globe would upload a vast amount of video footage to the AI model via the internet, enabling them to track Morgana's whereabouts.

When Morgana made her appearance, it would not be a mere presence. She would bring with her a series of clues that could potentially unveil more information about the Warriors Den.

Charlie knew that her plane usually took off and landed in Argentina, indicating that her base must be located in close proximity. Furthermore, she would likely use Argentina as a stepping stone for her intercontinental flights. Therefore, once the entire airport in Argentina was under his surveillance, he would have complete control over her movements.

Upon returning to the palace, the butler immediately reported to Helena.

Helena excused herself from the Rothschild father and son, saying, "Please excuse me for a moment, I have something to attend to."

With grace, she made her way to Charlie's guest room and gently knocked on the door. She spotted Charlie sitting on the sofa in the living room and quickly approached him, speaking respectfully, "Mr. Wade, the Rothschild father and son are still in the banquet hall. Howard is becoming increasingly impatient for the half elixir. He's starting to lose his composure."

Charlie nodded and retrieved a Life Saving Pill from his pocket, handing it to Helena. He instructed her, "When you bring him to the study, take out the pill in front of him. Remember, you must present the whole pill. After he pays the money, then cut it in half in front of him."

Helena couldn't help but chuckle and remarked, "Mr. Wade, are you trying to drive him mad by giving him half a pill and leaving him yearning for more?"

Charlie smiled and replied, "I have to give him some motivation."

He added, "By the way, when you speak to Howard, have the butler bring Steve to me. I have something to discuss with him."

"Alright," Helena agreed. "I will go to the study directly and have the butler bring Howard over. After that, I will arrange for Steve to meet with you."

She continued, "Once I finish talking to Steve, I will have the butler notify me, and I will return to the banquet hall to bid them farewell and bring you the remaining elixir."

"No need," Charlie interjected. "You can take the remaining half in front of Howard."

Helena thought she had misheard and asked, "What did you say?"

Charlie repeated, "You split the pill in half, give half to Howard, and take the other half yourself. Act nonchalant, as if it's a natural occurrence."

Helena couldn't help but express her doubts, "Mr. Wade, half a pill is worth an exorbitant amount of money. It seems unnecessary for me to take half, especially since I'm only in my twenties. It feels wasteful."

Charlie smiled and assured her, "Taking the Life Saving Pill in your twenties can strengthen your body and prolong your life. It's not wasteful at all. Besides, the elixir is not as valuable as it seems. If there are too many being sold, their value will diminish. If you take half in front of Howard, it might incentivize him to offer more money to purchase the elixir. Perhaps next time you sell him half a pill, the price could double."

Helena hesitated, unsure whether to agree or insist on refusing.

Charlie's seriousness caught her attention. "Be decisive, Helena. Don't hesitate all the time. Just follow my instructions without any hesitation."

His words caused Helena's heart to skip a beat. She recalled the moment when Charlie lost consciousness and she lay beside him, stripped of all her clothes.

She realized that she had lacked decisiveness at that moment, hesitating instead of taking action. And as a result, nothing happened.

Regret seeped into her thoughts, and she pondered, "Should I have been more decisive, just as Mr. Wade said?"

With these thoughts swirling in her mind, Helena felt a whirlwind of emotions. She glanced down at the elixir in her hand, then looked up at Charlie. Her expression and tone suddenly became resolute as she declared, "Mr. Wade, rest assured, I will never hesitate again. I will be resolute until the end."

Charlie wasn't entirely sure what was on her mind, but he nodded with a sense of relief and said, "You are now the queen, adored by millions and held in high regard. Decisiveness and determination are essential qualities that must always be evident in your demeanor. Let everyone see that strength in you.”

Helena nodded firmly. "Rest assured, Mr. Wade, I understand!"

She then declared with unwavering resolve, "I will give half of the pill to Howard, and I will take the other half in front of him. Just as you advised, Mr. Wade, I will safeguard the pill from last time, valued at thirty billion US dollars. From now on, I won't hesitate to carry out anything you ask of me."

Charlie was taken aback by her transformation. While he was pleased for her, he also commended her, saying, "I'm glad to see such a significant change in you in such a short time."

Helena winked and smiled playfully, then carefully put away the elixir. She lifted the hem of her skirt with both hands, knelt down in a gesture of respect, and said, "Mr. Wade, please wait a moment, I'm going to see Howard right away!"

Before leaving, Susan turned to Steve and informed him, "Mr. Rothschild, please wait here for a moment. I will come for you later."

Steve was slightly surprised, unsure why the butler wanted to see him. But upon reflection, he realized that if Helena wanted to see his father, it must be because Charlie wanted to see him. So he quickly replied, "Alright, I'll wait here for you."

In that moment, Howard's mind was consumed with thoughts of the elixir, leaving little room for deeper interpretations of Susan's words.

And so, he followed Susan and arrived at Helena's study.

Upon seeing Helena, Howard greeted her excitedly, "Greetings, Your Majesty the Queen!"

Helena nodded slightly, and once the butler had departed, she inquired of Howard, "Mr. Rothschild, you have been eagerly awaiting the fulfillment of my promise, haven't you?"
