When Cynthia Wade heard this, she was not disheartened; instead, she recognized that this opportunity was a gift from Charlie.

Charlie nodded and handed the half of the Rejuvenation Pill to Nathaniel Wade, saying, "Grandpa, please keep this half of the Rejuvenation Pill safe."

Lord Wade was momentarily confused.

The thought of dancing with two women made Charlie feel strangely overwhelmed.

How could someone serious possibly engage in such activities?

But he understood that a gentleman's word is his bond, so he agreed, fully aware of the importance of keeping his promise.

And if he was to engage in this kind of endeavor, he would give it his all. Stefanie had faith in him, and he had no intention of disappointing her.

He replied to Tawanna, "Let me check with Stefanie about her schedule."

"Okay, Mr. Wade, I’ll wait for your news."

After hanging up, Charlie turned to Stefanie and said, "Tawanna wants us to prepare for the demo. Do you think we should go tonight?"

"Absolutely!" Stefanie exclaimed excitedly. "I’m fine with singing, and I can handle the songs. It's mainly the choreography for 'Assassin' that we need to nail down."

She glanced at the time and suggested, "Let’s head over now! I’ll leave my parents here to chat with Grandpa Wade a bit longer."

Charlie readily agreed and said to everyone, "I’ll accompany Stefanie to the National Sports Center to rehearse the concert songs with Tawanna. You all can take your time chatting."

Orrin smiled and said, "Alright, you young folks take care of your own plans. The rest of us older folks will enjoy some reminiscing here."

Lord Wade added, "Yes, Charlie, focus on accompanying Stefanie with her important preparations. Don’t worry about us."

Charlie and Stefanie bid farewell to everyone and drove the unassuming business car to the National Sports Center.

During the ride, Stefanie connected her phone via Bluetooth, playing her song "Assassin" on repeat.

Charlie listened closely, memorizing the melodies and lyrics of the song.

Upon their arrival, the National Sports Center was fully set up, with staging, lighting, and audio equipment ready to go.

Tawanna's band was already tuning up, and the lighting and sound engineers were finalizing their adjustments.

As Charlie and Stefanie approached, Tawanna stepped off the stage to greet them enthusiastically. "I had the sound engineer download your music files for 'Assassin' along with the original MV. We’ll review the song later. I primarily want to discuss the choreography with you, Mr. Wade."

Stefanie smiled and responded, "Originally, this was a duet between a heroine and a hero, so I didn’t dance in earlier performances. A male and female dancer in traditional attire covered the dance parts."

Turning to Charlie, she continued with a friendly grin, "But this time I finally convinced Charlie to dance with me for this song. I told him that I can’t let anyone else take the role of the female dancer."

Then, realizing what she had said, she quickly added, "I mean, it makes sense that we both share the leading roles, right? Since we sing the song together, I’ll sing my part while Charlie dances with me, and when it’s your turn, he’ll dance with you. Does that sound fair?"

Tawanna smiled brightly and replied, "Fair and just, very reasonable!"
