Chapter - 4579

Brutus finally panicked at the sight of his frozen men. He encountered a tough opponent this time. Although he had no idea why he was not frozen as well, Brutus knew that staying here would only lead to his death.

He screamed in terror and turned to run away.

The next moment, his men exploded one after another. They shattered into shards of ice without shedding a drop of blood!

Brutus slumped down in horror and lost the will to run.

"Y-You... I..."

He looked at the fragments on the ground in horror. He wanted to beg Philip for mercy but could not say a word. His previous arrogance was nowhere to be found.

Brutus only wanted to save his life now. He could make a comeback as long as he stayed alive, and it was not impossible to seek revenge on Philip in the future.

The point was whether Philip was willing to let him leave.

"Get down on your knees and beg me," Philip said coldly.

Hope bloomed in Brutus' heart. Since Philip said so, he would spare his life as long as Brutus satisfied his request.

Thinking of this, Brutus immediately knelt in front of Philip and started bowing with all his might.

Clementine and Montel smirked in disdain. They wanted to torture this bastard too!

Clementine stepped forward, picked up a whip gingerly, and whipped Brutus hard.

"I want you to feel the villagers' despair!"

Clementine used all her strength to rip his skin and flesh apart.

Brutus sensed that Clementine was not very strong. If he resisted with all his strength, he might be able to take her down. If he could take Clementine as a hostage, he probably could leave this place safely. However, he dared not take action.

Philip's earlier display had shocked him out of his wits.

Brutus always thought he was amazing for killing people with the wind element, but in front of Philip, he was nothing.

Philip easily froze a dozen of his men into ice and killed them with a wave of his hand. He was absolutely no match for this!

If he dared to attack this bitch, he might turn into an ice sculpture and die a violent death the next second. He did not wish to die. Hence, no matter how hard Clementine whipped him, Brutus did not intend to resist.

He just knelt quietly and bowed to Philip, praying that Philip could forgive him.

Philip turned around and pointed at the freshly dug grave.

"Kneel over there and bow until I'm satisfied."

Philip's voice was cold with a power that did not allow resistance, and Brutus could hardly move.

Montel was furious at Brutus' inaction. He choked Brutus' throat from a distance, trying to make him feel the pain of suffocation.

Brutus was scared shitless at everyone's strength. Without further ado, he staggered to the grave and knelt.

Although he felt indignant about kneeling to ordinary people, his life was more important.
