Chapter - 4647

After thinking about it, Philip picked up a fallen leaf and tossed it into the pond.

The leaf fell on the water's surface and immediately sank to the bottom as if it was dragged by something. All movements ceased after a few seconds.

"I felt something dragging me down just now, and I couldn't float no matter what. It's different from normal swimming!" Aslan nervously explained to Philip.

It was not his fault. The suction was simply too strong.

Philip shook his head. He did not think so. "I don't think something was pulling you. This is different from normal water. It has no buoyancy at all. Anything that approaches the pond will sink."

Everyone was used to normal water. Even if they fell into the pond, they could easily float if they knew how to swim.

However, the water in this pond was different. Anyone who fell inside would sink very quickly as if being sucked by something. It felt as if something was pulling them, but that was not the case.

Aslan was startled. He knew that the pond was not to be trifled with.

"The Water Dragon King's bathtub is really weird..." Philip was solemn talked to himself.

This place was definitely unusual. He believed that Clementine and Montel would never stray far. Something must have happened.

Although Philip was curious, he did not dwell on it. After Aslan dried his clothes, they continued walking around the pond.

Very soon, they heard loud arguments ahead, and the voices sounded familiar.

"You guys are so shameless. This pond doesn't belong to you. Of course, it's on a first come, first served basis. We were here before you, so this area should belong to us!"

Clementine's clear voice was heard, and Philip knew that they were in trouble.

Philip quickly rushed in the direction of the argument with Aslan. He saw an angry Clementine as soon as he arrived.

Montel and Clementine were delighted at the sight of Philip, looking as if they had found their backer.

"Philip, you're finally here!" Montel grinned brightly, not expecting to see Philip so soon.

Per Philip's instruction, they came here and waited for him, but a bunch of riff-raffs appeared and tried to steal this territory from them.

Although the other party was not that strong, they had strength in numbers, so fighting was out of the question. Moreover, they had heard about the Marching Red Ants. They did not want to create a commotion, lest the ants noticed them.

However, these people became more aggressive and kept messing with them.

Aslan saw the bright smiles of these three people and heard their greeting, so he knew they were on the same side.

He felt much more relaxed with a strong fighter by his side.

Aslan quickly understood Philip's meaning and stepped forward to glare at those losers.

The Millen family was upset by Aslan's contempt. They drew their weapons, wanting to teach the other party a lesson.

Philip calmly took out a pair of earplugs and inserted them into his ears.

Montel and the others saw Philip's actions and quickly followed suit. They found some leaves and quickly stuffed them into their ears.

The Millen family had no idea what was going on but laughed at their dumb actions.

"What's up with these idiots?!"

After saying that, they saw the burly man opening his mouth. The next second, everything went blank!

What a lion's roar!

Philip looked at them in exasperation. They were worse than the mouthy woman earlier.

He thought that this group of people was quite strong and should be able to withstand a wave of attack, but they were totally defeated.

Many people felt the ringing in their ears and could only stand there blankly.

"Get lost!" Philip's lips moved with those words.

Although the Millen family members could not hear anything from the ringing in their ears, they understood Philip's words.

Everyone was frightened by the weird sonic attack earlier. They ran quickly into the distance for fear of messing with this guy again.

Philip waved his hand as they left.

It was wonderful to have such a strong subordinate. He could scare these weaklings away with just one word without moving a muscle
