Mila shook her head and said, "Dad, I just feel a little tired. I want to take a nap."

Philip nodded. Mila was not seriously injured and could regain most of her energy after a good sleep. He then took out a pill and stuffed it into Mila's mouth.

"Take this pill and you'll return to normal after a good rest. Remember, don't engage with these weird practitioners if you meet them again in the future," Philip reminded Mila.

Mila could deal with other practitioners easily, but Bruno was different.

Bruno was oddly powerful, and the technique he used was quite bizarre. His objective was not to defeat his opponent but to suck his opponent's energy.

Philip briefly explained what just happened. "Because Bruno couldn't beat us, he chose to join the demonic path. There's no turning back for him now. He was just about to devour Mila to increase his strength..."

"We have to seize the time to improve our strength too. This demonic guild is more powerful than the ones we encountered before!" Philip said solemnly.

Philip could not afford the damage.

Mila panicked at Philip's solemn look and ran to the room in fear. She changed her clothes but dared not step out of her room again.

Philip could not care less anymore. He asked Wynn to console Mila and told the others about his discovery.

They could only win the battle if they knew the enemy well enough.
